True-up at the end of each billing cycle. We don't suspend service or charge punitive overage fees mid-month — Team can grow into Business, Business into Enterprise without re-signing.

Default: customer-controlled. The browser extension never sends prompt content to Endon. Centralised audit metadata is stored in Azure South Africa North or AWS af-south-1 by default. On Enterprise, we deploy to your VPC.
Annual contracts are cancellable at the end of the billing period. Month-to-month Team plans are cancellable any time with 30 days' notice. No early-termination fees.
