1. Who we are
Endon AI ("we", "us") is a South African company providing a browser extension and dashboard that intercept and govern data sent from your browser to third-party AI tools. Registered office: Johannesburg, South Africa.
2. Your account
You must be 18+ and authorized to bind your organization. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at security@endonai.com if you suspect compromise.
3. Trial period
New tenants get a 14-day free trial of all features. No payment method is required to start. We will not charge you during the trial. To continue past day 14, an admin must add a payment method via Stripe.
4. Acceptable use
- You will not use Endon AI to monitor employees without proper notice and consent under applicable law.
- You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense the extension or backend.
- You will not use Endon AI to facilitate any unlawful activity.
5. The data we don't see
Detection happens locally on your device. We do not receive, store, or have any way to recover the content of prompts intercepted by the extension. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.
6. Third-party AI tools
Endon AI does not control ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, or any other AI tool. When the extension allows a request through, the third party's terms and privacy policy govern that interaction.
7. Service availability
We aim for 99.5% backend uptime. Because detection happens client-side, the extension continues to block locally even if the backend is briefly unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service during the trial period or on free tiers.
8. Pricing & cancellation
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel any time from the dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months unless required by law.
9. Liability
Endon AI is provided on an "as is" basis. We disclaim all implied warranties to the extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Johannesburg.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be emailed to admins at least 14 days before they take effect.
